SXP-D Laser Screed
The world's most advanced technology for concrete leveling and compaction. This fully automated system performs 12 laser sensor readings per second, eliminating the need for side forms and enabling daily pours of over 3,000 m² with exceptional flatness and productivity. As a fully electronic solution, it minimizes human interference while maximizing precision.
STS-11m Automatic Spreader (Somero)
First introduced in Brazil by Alphapiso, this machine ensures uniform distribution of dry shake hardeners and aggregates. Its precise application enhances surface abrasion resistance and ensures a consistent, even color - all without compromising flatness tolerances.
Single and Double Ride-On Trowels
Used for the final finishing stage, these machines feature float pans and finish blades that create a high-gloss surface and significantly enhance surface flatness. Ideal for large-scale areas requiring a premium finish.
Concrete Saws
Used to perform precise cuts immediately after finishing, allowing for the execution of larger slab panels with effective shrinkage control and crack prevention. The result is a more stable, longer-lasting floor.
Lighting Towers

Materials
Endurecedor Mineral ou Metálico de Superfície
A high-strength granular mix applied over fresh concrete by broadcast. Based on cement and selected mineral or metallic aggregates, this material significantly enhances the surface's abrasion resistance.
Chemical Surface Hardener
A high-performance solution composed of silicates and fluorides, it reacts with concrete to densify the surface, making it more durable, resistant, and less prone to dusting. Over time, it naturally develops a polished shine, reducing maintenance needs.
Chemical Curing Compound
Applied immediately after concrete placement, this protective film slows water evaporation to ensure proper curing. It is essential for achieving long-term mechanical strength and durability of the floor.
